Publication Policy
Automation may draft classifications and summaries, but publication should remain human-reviewed. The radar is a curated layer, not an autoposting feed.
Primary sources first
Vendor, standards, policy, and practitioner sources are preferred over commentary when a source event can be traced directly.
Relevance before volume
A signal is only useful when it affects structured work: governance, readiness, decision quality, delivery control, or AI system design.
Draft before publish
Automation can prepare summaries and classifications, but published items should pass a human review step before appearing as profile evidence.
